Unnecessary figure 3 in "G.H. Kim and D.S. Choi. 1996. Monosporus inkyui sp. nov. from Korea (Ceraminales, Rhodophyta)." Algae 11(1): 95-100, was inadvertently inserted to the paper. The figure 3 was redrawn and rearranged form of the figure which is originally drawn by Huisman & Kraft (J. Phycol. 18 177-192) and not necessary in this paper. The caption should be as follows; A comparison of reproductive and vegetative structure of Monosporus spp. and related genera. A. Mazoyerella arachnoidea (Harvey) Gordon-Mills & Womersley. B. Monosporus pedicellatus (J.E. Smith) Solier var tenuis (Feldman) Huisman et Kraft. C. Monosporus australis (Harvey) J. Agardh. D. Monosporus indicus Boergesen. E. Anisoschizus propaguli Huisman et Kraft. Dr. Huisman claimed that this figure and several sentences in the introduction and discussion have been taken from his paper and it turned out to be the case due to and advertent mistake of the authors.
